our rates are inclusive of any and all expenses that may be incurred onboard. including but not limited to, food, drinks, recreation equipment, entertainment subscription, communication subscriptions, consultants (engineer, eather rounting, on shore captain, etc) and any other paid crew or service that may be necessary to ensure the safety and success of each mission. rates do not include any off boat expenses, including but not limited to; hotels, airfare, shuttle or transfer service, meals, private excursions, etc. cancel anytime, no commitment no obligation until 30 days before the event, within 30 days of the event a 50% cancelation fee will be charged to account for any bookings or services that may have been rendered in anticipation of your arrival. thank you for the opportunity. booking fees may be transferred to a any future event at ant time.
